The team's latest addition is Thea Waalen Borch, who started as Customer Success Manager at Kobler in August.
“We have had a huge influx of new customers, especially after the phasing out of third-party cookies began. Several marketers have opened up to a safer way to market their products, both in terms of staying within the limits of the law, but also the importance of their brand and respect for their recipients. ” says Asbjørn Juhl-Larsen, Head of Customer Success.
The main task of the Customers Success Team is to help customers get started with seeing the possibilities within contextual advertising. The CS-Team is responsible for onboarding customers to the Kobler platform, providing help along the way and optimizing campaigns for the best possible result.
For the last seven years, Thea has been working at Infomedia as a consultant within media monitoring. She believes media monitoring is well connected to Kobler's business.
“My experience in finding relevant media content for various industries is something I am sure will come in handy in my new role here at Kobler." Says Thea.
Thea also has experience in product development and how to use social- and editorial media for communication work.
She has been following Kobler for a long time and thinks it is exciting to contribute to great results for customers with contextual advertising.
Thea has a degree in media technology and communication.
